Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Shramdoot, operated by MR Soft Bharat Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website (Shramdoot. in) and mobile application (collectively, the “Services”). You agree to comply with these Terms by accessing or using the Services. If you disagree with these Terms, do not use our Services.

1. Definitions
  • “Services” refers to all aspects of the Shramdoot website and mobile applications and any associated content, functionality, and transactions.
  • “Content” refers to any text, images, videos, data, or other material uploaded by users or displayed via the Services.

“User”, “you,” or “your” refers to the individual using the Services, whether a registered account holder or guest user.

2. Account Creation and Responsibilities

2.1 Eligibility

    • You must be 18 to create an account or use the Services. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
    • If you are under 18, a legal guardian must provide consent.

    • We are not liable for damages resulting from content removal account suspension or termination due to content violations.
5. Intellectual Property Rights

    • The Services, including but not limited to the software, graphics, layout, logos, trademarks, and any associated intellectual property, are owned by MR Soft Bharat Technologies Pvt Ltd or licensed to us. You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any of the proprietary elements of the Services without our explicit written permission.

5.2 Trademarks

  • “Shramdoot” and all associated logos and marks are the exclusive trademarks of MR Soft Bharat Technologies Pvt Ltd. Unauthorized use of these trademarks is prohibited.
6. Purchases and Payment Terms

6.1 In-App Purchases

  • The Services may offer in-app purchases. You agree to pay the fees associated with the goods or services purchased by making in-app purchases.
  • We use third-party payment processors. By purchasing, you agree to abide by the payment processor’s terms.
7. Subscription Plans and Trials
  • Subscription plans may be offered for continued access to certain features or content on the Services. By subscribing, you agree to automatic renewal unless you cancel the subscription before the renewal date.
  • If a free trial is offered, it will convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the end of the trial period.
8. Warranties and Disclaimers
  • The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Services, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.
  • We do not warrant the Services being uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors, viruses, or other harmful components.
9. Limitation of Liability
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, MR Soft Bharat Technologies Pvt Ltd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use or inability to use the Services.
  • Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the annual subscription paid for the current year, which would be deducted pro rata.
10. Data Protection and Privacy
  • We are committed to protecting your privacy. Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, store, and protect your data. When using the Services, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
  • We use reasonable security measures to protect your data, but we cannot guarantee that unauthorised third parties will not access your data. You agree to use the Services at your own risk.
11. Indemnification

  • You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MR Soft Bharat Technologies Pvt Ltd, its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, expenses, or losses arising out of your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights.

12. Termination
  • We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Services at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms or illegal conduct.
  • Upon termination, your license to use the Services will cease, and you must discontinue use immediately.

  • These Terms are governed by and construed according to the laws of India without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

13.2 Arbitration
